The Model X Signature Edition is the farewell trim for Tesla's flagship SUV, announced April 11, 2026, after Tesla confirmed in January that Fremont would stop building the S and X to free space for Optimus production. Only 100 units were built, each a tri-motor Plaid in exclusive Garnet Red with gold accents, white Alcantara, a numbered dash plate, and the same Falcon Wing doors that defined the X since 2015. The $159,420 price included the Luxe Package: free lifetime Supercharging, lifetime Premium Connectivity, FSD (Supervised), and four years of Premium Service. Production wrapped in May 2026 alongside the Model S Signature, ending an 11-year run.
