The 2026 Tesla Model 3 Standard is a sedan in production since 2025. It features a single motor (permanent magnet) RWD powertrain. EPA-rated range is 321 miles. It accelerates from 0 to 60 mph in 5.8 seconds. Top speed is 125 mph. Manufactured at Shanghai / Fremont, CA.
Tesla's October 2025 push for an affordable lineup produced the Model 3 Standard: $36,990, 321 miles of range, and a long list of deletions. Cloth seats replace vegan leather, the glass roof gives way to a solid one, and the wheels shrink to 18 inches.
The formula mirrors the Model Y Standard launched the same day. Range barely suffers because the lighter spec offsets the pack, and for buyers who wanted a Tesla at a Camry price this is the closest the company has come since the original $35,000 promise.
