The Raven Performance combined the new permanent magnet rear motor with a front AC induction unit for a dual-motor setup that was both more efficient and more powerful than the old P100D. Ludicrous Mode came standard. Tesla advertised a 2.4-second 0-60, shaving a tenth off the P100D's already-absurd time.

This was the last Performance Model S to use the pre-Palladium interior with its vertical 17-inch screen and traditional instrument cluster. It also gained Supercharger V3 compatibility at up to 250 kW, cutting charge times significantly. Production ran from April 2019 through mid-2021, overlapping briefly with the Palladium refresh.
