The Tesla Robovan Autonomous Van has been announced but has not yet entered production.
The Robovan appeared alongside the Cybercab at Tesla's October 2024 "We, Robot" event, and it stole the show for a lot of people in the audience. Seating up to 20 passengers, it's designed for high-capacity autonomous transit: think airport shuttles, corporate campuses, or urban bus route replacements.
The design leans hard into a retro-futurist Art Deco look, with a smooth, rounded body that wouldn't look out of place in a 1930s World's Fair exhibit. No steering wheel, no driver's seat. Tesla hasn't announced pricing or a production timeline, keeping this one firmly in the "someday" category for now.
